1. Excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation of heating cables: Wood and bamboo are excellent natural materials. Heat is transferred from the floor to the surface, inevitably resulting in heat loss. Ideal flooring can minimize this loss. Therefore, to reduce heat loss and lower heating operation and maintenance costs, underfloor heating flooring should be thinner rather than thicker.
2. Good material stability: The installation environment of heating cables is complex, especially in northern regions. During the off-season, the floor is exposed to various levels of moisture, while during heating, the floor temperature rises sharply. The flooring must withstand both temperature and humidity changes.
3. Strong moisture resistance and heat resistance: Integrated composite flooring requires adhesives that meet three major standards: environmental protection, bonding strength, and resistance to high temperature and humidity aging. Especially for underfloor heating flooring, it must undergo tests for high humidity and low temperature resistance. If ordinary adhesives are used, environmental protection standards, moisture resistance, aging resistance, and expansion rate will not meet the requirements. Consumers purchasing underfloor heating systems should carefully review the product reports and inspection reports from the seller.
4. Durable wear resistance is required; since heating cables should be installed thinly rather than thickly, the composite surface layer is generally best at 0.3-0.6 mm.
